Don Vinicio has been fortunate to have turned 90 and despite his age, he continues to visit our offices at least 3 days a week. His exhortation to young people who want to venture into maritime business is to study, to learn to speak English, as this is very necessary to work today. Don Vinicio tells us that before, education and training were not so necessary, that he remembers when the first containers arrived in the country and how the industry became specialized; Therefore, he recognizes that today with such competitiveness it is essential to train and study, speak several languages to offer quality services.

For this reason, he always took care that his children had the best possible education and could continue the legacy of their father Don Tito Mella, whom he thanks together with his mother for the great blessing of having brought him to this world in which he has enjoyed a long and wonderful life.
