With the 30th anniversary of Wista Norway, The location of this year’s conference was Tromsø, attending to this magnificent event where almost 300 members from all over the world. The main focus of the event was “developing dialogues for sustainable business in the arctic” addressing not only this topic, but different segments of the shipping industry.
The conference was full of interesting people, Wista related meetings, and networking activities.
Amongst the speakers were Kristin Røymo (Mayor of Tromsø), Despina Panayiotou T, (President Wista International), Katherina Stanzel (managing director, INTERTANKO) and many others.
The program was packed with networking activities and informative presentations, such as Digitalization, robots and AI, Crisis management, leadership and Opportunities for female entrepreneurs.
We almost felt like we were on vacation in this dreamy location, but besides learning new information we were able to meet dozens of magnificent woman that have done so much, fighting for the integration of more and more women in this industry that without a doubt has space for all!
